The happy Spring Festival had just passed away, and Shanghai MEBO Life Science & Technology Co., Ltd embraced its staff to return to their own posts and hard work related to maintenance of devices and systems in order to prepare for the future tasks. And, a training course lasting for one working day was held on 19th of February for all staff in Production Department.
The course in the morning was presided by Mr. Ye Chengbin, Manager of Quality Department, focusing on “Production and Management of Clean Room”. The purpose of the training course is to enhance the awareness of safe and standardized production to improve product quality and enhance market competitiveness. In the afternoon, Mr. Fan Shuang, General Manager, carried out training themed as “Enterprise Culture and Products”. He displayed the development history of MEBO Group, the moist exposed therapy of burns, in-situ regeneration science, indications and instructions of product.
The training course is rich in content and compact in design. All staff presented the course were taking notes very carefully. Afterwards, the follow-up exam was held to confirm the results of the course. All staff passed the exam, and over 40% of them were excellent in the exam.
The training course improved their awareness with regard to safe and standardized production, serving as the first class for safe production and enhancing their understanding and enthusiasm of enterprise.
