Clinical Application of Burns Regenerative Therapy in the Liangang Hospital

On Nov.18th 2008, Director Tangjun Jin accompanied by the president Mr. Bo Wang of MEBO International Group Hunan affiliated company, regional managers Xiaodong Hou and Xiaoyou Chen paid a visit to the Liangang Hospital of Loudi City. The Liangang Hospital was founded in 1958. For the high incidence of burns accidents in the steel industry during the early stage, the Burns Department was established as the key division for the hospital’s subject improvement. Since then a group of medical personnel had been trained and the treatment level for burns was greatly improved, which had made the Burns Department as the provincial and municipal level key special division.

The Burns Department gives over 1500 outpatient consultations and hospitalizes 450 cases of patients annually, including 60 severe cases with the largest TBSA of 100%, with a cure rate of 98%. The MEBO’s regenerative therapy- BRT (burns regenerative therapy) with MEBT/MEBO (moist exposed burn therapy and moist exposed burn ointment) on burns have been applied in clinic for more than ten years, and have accumulated massive clinical experience on kinds of burns wounds. At present 26 cases of burn patients are hospitalized in the Burns Department. Besides, MEBO Dressing for Accelerating wound Healing has been applied in clinic in this hospital. On Nov. 20th, Director Tangjun Jin with Manager Xiaodong Hou visited the Burns and Surgery Department of the Nanhua Hospital of Nanhua University in Hengyang and had the academic communication of the application of the MEBO Dressing for Accelerating wound Healing with the medical staff.
