On the last day of 21st Annual Conference of National Academy of Burns – India, the MEBO Team members went all the way to New Delhi for more work. The reports are as follows:
At 9 o’clock, Jan. 29th of 2013, CEO of MEBO India, Mr. Zhang Yin, hosted the working conference. The personnel presented the conference included Ms. Dou Siliang, financial staff and Director of Human Resources Department, Mr. Yang Hao, Manager of Indian Market, and all Indian staff.
Mr. Zhang Yin, CEO of MEBO India, summarized the work and fully confirmed the achievements. At the same time, he also criticized and offered his ideas about the work in India. He required that all staff in India shall hold the banner of human body regenerative science and burns regeneration medicine, follow the core concept of transfer from somatic cells to stem cells, the in-situ regeneration of tissues and organs and understand the development ideas featuring extensive science and economy. Through supporting Sun Xia, President of MEBO International, and Mr. Liu Gang, Vice President of MEBO International, we will adhere to the principle of “Union, Development, Innovation and Win-win Situation”.
Mr. Zhang Yin introduced the work plan for MEBO India in 2013, including the registration, trade mark registration and intellectual property rights protection of all products, the website construction, advertisement, human resources, finance and auditing, logistics, medical work, public relation, comprehensive logistics, commercial affair, marketing and electric commerce. He requested that all staff in India shall be responsible and be harder at work in an effort to be more innovative in future.
We will try out best to turn MEBO India into a leading player in burns and ulcers market, top leader of skin care industry, healthcare industry and life industry in India within 10 years. At the same time, MEBO India Financial Group is planned to be established in order to coordinate with MEBO World Financial Group (U.S.), expand capital in India and march into such industries as catering, retailing, real-estate and aerospace. Finally, he stressed that all staff in MEBO India shall learn human body regeneration science and burns regeneration medicine and shall their best to understand, love and promote science. The Indian staff excitedly asked, “How big is MEBO?” Mr. Zhang Yin replied, “I would like to invite Director of Finance to answer this question.” The Financial Director and Director of Human Resources said, “MEBO benefits the whole world, and we can say that it is bigger than the universe. I believe that all of us can realize our dreams in MEBO, be it health or fortune. I believe that all staff in India will have their own villas, cars, better health and future.” The meeting encouraged all staff in MEBO India. And they were all willing to make the most contributions to MEBO.
In the afternoon of Jan. 29th of 2013, Mr. Zhang Yin and Ms. Dou Siliang went to NEERAJ BHAGAT & CO discuss affairs about daily financial matters, the taxation, auditing, fund, turnover and operation of sales capital, the welfare of staff in MEBO India and the medium and long term investment and planning of MEBO India.

After the commencement of meeting, Mr. Zhang Yin introduced the development plan in the future 3 to 5 years to Mr. Neeraj and Ms. Ritu. At the same time, he also introduced the development of MEBO in India for the coming five to ten years. In the coming ten years, MEBO International Group will work harder to occupy burns and ulcers markets, skin care, healthcare and life industry markets in India. If proper, the large capital operation will be started in India and MEBO Financial Group will be built to support MEBO (U.S) World Financial Group to carry out global capital operation. However, all these shall be done in accordance with laws and accounting rules of India. Therefore, staff in India will provide necessary logistic service for our overall development.

Then, Dou Siliang and Mr. Neeraj and Ms. Ritu discussed about routine financial conditions, the taxation, the auditing, the capital, sales capital turnover and operation, the welfare of staff and the medium and long term investment planning in details, clarifying the cooperation targets and reaching consensus. Finally, Ms. Dou pointed out that our work is thoughtful and we had to be harder, and, our work serves as a powerful support to the development of the company. Once our work completes, the colleagues in the market shall do better.

At the same time, the registration of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule was also carried out. In the afternoon of 28th, Zhang Yin and Yang Hao discussed about the details of registration in India and future cooperation with CliniExperts Ltd that deals with registration of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule. Through discussion with Registration Department of MEBO, we determined the possibility of registering our Capsule in India in the form of healthcare products. Also, we talked about details of contracts and reached cooperation intention.

On Jan. 29th, Yang Hao, Manager of Indian Market, held talks with Dr. A. Madhavan, competent person with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). He introduced details about ingredients, efficacy and sales conditions of GIC capsule in China. And his counterpart confirmed the product and said offered his suggestions about potential problems that might occur during registration process to further confirm the possibility of registration in India. Also, he accepted all sample products and expressed that he will do his best to provide help in future registration. This will promote the entry into Indian market of GIC capsule.
