January 10^th, 2014, the Working Conference of MEBO Group was held in the multiple function room of headquarter. All personnel with Rongxiang Regeneration Medical Research Institute and the affiliated systems presented the Conference.

Mr. Chen Baoqi, Vice President of MEBO Group, delivered a simple review of the work in 2013 and offered higher requirements for all staff of MEBO in 2014. He stressed that more institutional reform will be carried out with the development of MEBO and all staff shall be more responsible and be aware of their own duties in order to keep up with the development. He wished all staff to ponder what shall we do in 2014, what is your duty in 2014 and what can you do to MEBO. And, are you prepared for the future? He suggested that we reflect our work and plan our future.

President Zhang Qian made summary about important events in 2013 and offered higher requirements about work in 2014 and wished all staff go beyond their limitations.

Human body regeneration and restoration science has become a common science and economy for all human beings. Everybody bears responsibilities on such platform. All our work shall be done under such environment and all our work deserves respect.

President Zhang Qian stressed that all shall be more aware of their responsibilities and shall sign Letter of Responsibility. At the same time, the performance evaluation mechanism shall be reformed and the old system shall be changed to establish more suitable management mechanism and team. The year 2014 is critical in the development of MEBO Group, and this year will witness the rapid development regeneration science. She wished everyone not to be puzzled and wished all of us ask ourselves what is our position.

In the afternoon, all systems made heated discussions about details of future work.

The year 2014 is full of hope and missions, full of challenges and opportunities. The year 2014 will break the old and establish the new system, to forge ahead and to achieve more in the years that follow. We can see flower ahead on our way to success. However, we shall always ask ourselves, "Where we are".
