--Exclusive report about MEBO Burn Regenerative Medicine from the 16th conference of International Society for Burn Injuries.

On the first day of the conference, four MEBO experts from different countries delivered wonderful lectures about Regenerative Medicine in a scientific session which culminated in answering questions about Regenerative Medicine. Most specialists there didn`t have enough time to fully present their questions, so they attended MEBO Regeneration symposium  with knee interests which took place in the Pentland auditorium of Edinburgh International Conference Center at nightfall. The Regeneration symposium titled “MEBO Regenerative Restoration Technology” was culminated by splendid academic lectures of five experts from Egypt, India, Greece and China. This symposium was presided jointly by Ms. Sun, President of MEBO International Group (International Business), and Mr. Andrew Burd, an old friend of MEBO, Executive Chairman of ISBI and a Professor of Hongkong Chinese University. Nearly 200 specialists participating in ISBI attended the symposium and had direct understanding about MEBO and regenerative science. Detailed reports as follows:

Ms. Sun, President of MEBO International Business Group, was delivering words of welcome

The first lecture was given by Mr. Mahmoud Sakr, a renowned expert in burn care and a professor of Alexander University School of Medicine. Prof. Sakr, with a topic of “Role of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in Healing of Chronic Diabetic Foot Ulcers: A Controlled Randomized Trial”, introduced in detail his nearly-15-year experience in application of Burn Regenerative Science in diabetic foot treatment in Egypt. His lecture involved not only detailed cases but also a rigorous comparative trial and concrete data analysis which fully elaborated the outstanding efficacies MEBO had achieved in treating this worldwide tough problem of diabetic foot and indicated that MEBO should be the first choice for open wounds treatment. Attendants applauded his lecture and asked questions about the therapeutic mechanism of MEBO and some clinical issues. Questions kept coming out even when Prof. Sakr had to leave. “Seemingly it is not easy for me to leave, but we can communicate at any time after the symposium.” Prof. Sakr said with reluctance.

The following lecturer was Prof. Jayraman, Director of the biggest burn center in south India, delivering a lecture titled “Moist Exposed Burn Ointment in the Management of Second Degree Burns”. Director Jayaraman summarized the great advantages of this technology, such as keeping wound in moist environment, anti-inflammatory, anti-infection, less suffering and so on. He also presented several clinical cases in the application of MEBO in India. Mostly deserved to mention is that Director Jayaraman profoundly explained the regenerative mechanism of MEBO, from potential regenerative cells to stem cells, from regenerative environment to regenerative technique. His lecture drafted another all-around picture about MEBO science.

Prof. Mostafa from Asyut University of Egypt showed as the third lecturer who vividly introduced his 20-year application experience of MEBO regenerative medicine with a topic of “MEBO Egypt Experience”. Prof. Mostafa had just been invited to the 12th Chinese Burns Wounds & Ulcers Conference in May in Nantong City. In this session, he was sharing again his master experiences in the multidisciplinary application of MEBO in burns, wounds, ulcers and refractory injures. The lecture was highly rated. Even Professor Andrew, the conference presider, repeatedly praised for the application of MEBO in hair follicle regeneration in deep second degree deep type burns and superficial third degree burns and showed expectation for more comparative experiment results of applying MEBO in Egypt.

Specialists present were truly stunned by the three lectures. Questions began to be more and more focused on the unique product of MEBO. Composition, pharmacology & mechanism, clinical effects and structure of MEBO had been asked about. All the questions were clearly answered in simple terms by the fourth lecturer—Mr. Shu Ye, Deputy Director of Experts & Technology Department of MEBO International Group. Mr Shu’s  lecture included the structural characteristics of MEBO Wound Ointment, pharmacological and technological mechanism of MEBO regeneration and its effects of keeping wound in moist environment, pain reducing, anti-inflammatory and anti-infection. Every conclusion in his lecture showed up scientifically and objectively with support of many domestic and overseas papers. His lecture gave a perfect answer to the question in its topic—what is MEBO Wound Ointment and what makes MEBO so miraculous?

When it was time for questions, Chairman Andrew indicated that he had made deeper acquaintance with MEBO and was willing to know how MEBO, as a botanical product, was doing in quality control. Then President Sun made a detailed introduction about MEBO’s strict quality control system and the second phrase trial of MEBO’s application for formal botanical drug of FDA in US.

Finally, Dr. Evangelia Tsati, an expert of burn care from Greece, showed as a highlight. She introduced a multicenter comparative trial in Greece in which she had a hand with a topic of “Comparing Cost and Multiple Health Outcomes between Oil Baded Ointment and Povidone Iodine Plaus Moisturizing Cream under Different Aspects: A Pragmatic Randdomized Trial”. Her lecture included a large amount of comparative data and scientific appraisal and gave detailed elaborations from different aspects of healing time, treatment convenience, patient suffering and treatment cost. It was indicated that all patients of MEBO group achieved better outcomes than those of the comparative group in terms of healing time, length of hospital stay and overall cost. Due to lackness of time, she didn’t answer questions. But as the sole female lecturer, she was prized by all audiences with the highest appraise—“a scientific and perfect lecture”

Lecturers and attendants were having ardent discussion and active sharing

Wonderful performance of all lecturers and passionate involvement of all attendants made the session actually last for one and a half hour which was designed to finish in an hour. Demonstrating from Greece, Egypt and India to China, from researchs on mechanism and effects to clinical comparative trials which western world accepts more, MEBO had presented a vivid and rich stereogram of itself. This was the first time that MEBO displayed its science and leading position on such an all-around scale in a top-class academic conference, making people’s recognition about MEBO shift from simple ointment to regenerative science. The shift is a huge project and a best outset had undoubtedly been initiated by this session.

While stepping forward powerfully, MEBO of nowadays is maintaining continuous innovation and breaking-through and playing an increasingly significant role in international arena with its leading position in academy and technology. It is promised that MEBO will be acknowledged and adopted by more and more people and will create a more wonderful regenerative science world of its own.
