Seminar on Regenerative Therapy and Technology was Successfully Held in Danyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

At 3:00 pm Nov. 14 2008, hosted by the Chinese Burn Association and the Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine (CBAIM) and sponsored by Danyang Municipal Bureau of Health and Danyang Hospital of Chinese Traditional Medicine, the Seminar on Regenerative Therapy on Burn Wounds and Skin Ulcers was successfully held in Danyang Hospital of Chinese Traditional Medicine. Participants in the seminar included more than 80 experts and medical care stuff in burn and plastic surgery, orthopedics, chirurgery, dermatology, ENT, proctology and intestine diseases, and gynecology from hospitals in Danyang.
Commissioned by the Superintendent of Danyang Hospital of Chinese Traditional Medicine, Cai Guofang, the section chief of the medical department hosted this seminar. Dr. Du Fuqin from the CBAIM delivered his lecture titled Regenerative Recuperation Therapy on Skin Ulcers and the Theory and Practice of Regenerative Medicine—Skin Wounds and Wounds Healing (clinical efficacy of MEBO Dressing for accelerating wound healing). With a large number of clinical image information and straightaway explanation, Dr. Du gave the detailed introduction of the five core elements and eight control techniques of regenerative medicine. Besides, on his basis of clinical practice and working experience, Dr. Du made a comprehensive explanation of mass clinical data on burn wounds, trauma wounds and skin ulcers collected from home and abroad, and briefly introduced the heart-warming stories about Dr. Rongxiang Xu saving patients with burn wounds, trauma wounds and skin ulcers in Thailand, the Middle East area and in China injured during the' 5.12 Quick' this year. The 3-hour lecture promoted a strong response among the listeners. Most of the participants highly praised that regenerative recuperation therapy and technology created by Dr. Rongxiang Xu was a comfort to patients with burn wounds, trauma wounds and skin ulcers and was worth popularizing widely in clinic to be the benefit of all the people in Jiangsu!
After the seminar, Dr. Du held discussions on clinical problems with the section chief Cai Guofang, Director Shen and Director Li from the orthopedics department, Director Ding from the burns outpatient clinic. Accompanied by Director Ding, Dr. Du went to the wards and visited the burned patients. Further more, great gratitude is expressed to MEBO International Group Jiangsu Branch for its great supports for this seminar's success.
