A Successful Conclusion to the 2012 Work Summary Conference of the Regeneration Science Department
On Jan. 6th, 2013, the Regeneration Science Department held a work summary conference at MEBO Beijing Headquarter with a full employee attendance.
Chen Baoqi
Chen Baoqi, CEO of the Regeneration Science Group, delivered an opening speech, which marked a period for the work in 2012, and gave guidance to the key work in 2013: the great science laid a solid and advanced science foundation, so all staff should be more knowledgeable, responsible and shall break through their limits, open our minds, pay attention to economic returns and performance appraisal, and finally make a comprehensive progress.

On the meeting, Fang Jinyong, the Specialist in the Life 300y Club, Liu Shuoyue, Director of the Department of Technology, Cha Yunchuan, Manager of the Operation Department, Gu Yuanyuan, Chief of the Protocol Department, Wang Jianjun, Director of Administration and Logistics Department, Wang Yifei, Director of the International Life 300y Club, Chen Xiaobo, Manager of the MEBO Gastrointestinal Care Center, Ma Wenjing, Supervisor of the Technology Department, Li Hongwei, General Manager of the Three-in-One Enterprises, Zhang Li, Associate Director of the Human Tissue and Organ Research Department, Qi Fengrong, Financial Controller of the Life 300y Club, Wang Fang, Director of the Comprehensive Service Department, Yuan Yuan, Manager of the Human Resources Department, Yang Meng, Chief of the Network Operation Department and etc. gave reports on the work in 2012 in a systematic way and chiefly stated the work plan for 2013.
Zhang Qian
Zhang Qian, CEO of the Regenerative Science Group, gave a closing speech, saying that the work summary meeting reflected the value of the performance of staff and confirmed their efforts and achievements in 2012. She stressed that the key work in 2013 is marketing management, and the economic return should be core element for evaluation of performance. In order to guarantee the smooth operation, this Group will upgrade the marketing power and operation ability, reinforce the management system, establish enterprise culture, and enhance professional learning and skills. She hoped to achieve breakthrough in marketing, technology support and internationalization of technology, dedicate in constructing a positive and upward and devoting enterprise culture and reinforce skill training, cost control and management.
In the afternoon, each department carried out group discussion, summarized the work in the past year, and developed blueprint for the future.
This conference attached great importance to the marketing and operation, nailed down the key factors to guarantee it, improved staffs’ consciousness of benefits, and set a good start for the marketing and operation in 2013.
