In February, 2016, Gang Liu and Yin Zhang, the marketing general manager and regional manager of MEBO International had in-depth exchanges with relevant Slovakian research institutes and universities on the further development of organ regeneration science in Europe, discussed together about the development plan of organ regeneration science in Slovakia and even the EU and obtained staged achievements.
On February 18, Gang Liu and Yin Zhang as well as CATLOS from the I.E.F Club visited Slovakian National Cancer Center and had a talk with Jozef Dolinsky, the director of the center. Jozef Dolinsky introduced the development history and cancer treatment concepts of this center; meanwhile, he briefly introduced the research situation in each department of the center. Yin Zhang from MEBO International systematically introduced the development history, international position and the latest research progress of organ regenerative science, particularly the clinical application and the latest research outcome of organ regenerative science in the aspect of cancer prevention and treatment. In terms of cancer prevention and treatment, both sides discussed about the ways of extensively applying organ regenerative science into clinical practice and conducting further research, and also expressed their cooperation intention.=After the talk, Josef Dolinsky led Chinese guests to visit relevant departments and research facilities.

On February 20, Gang Liu and Yin Zhang met with Heidy Schwarczova, president of University of Central Europe and Ingrid Schusterova (daughter of the second Slovakian president), president of Pavol Jozef Safarik University Affiliated Hospital in Kosice, the second largest city of Slovakia , and extensively discussed the educational cooperation program and clinical application of organ regenerative science.
After having a thorough understanding of the development history, world status, clinical application, research situation and educational materials of organ regenerative science, the both sides extensively discussed about the educational programs of organ regenerative science and achieved initial agreement of cooperation. As a member of Clinton Global Initiative, MEBO International(US)joint with the Chinese Burn Association of the Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine initiated a commitment that “From Urban to Rural: Training doctors on Moist Exposed Burn Therapy (MEBT)” to promote the MEBT training globally. The University of Central Europe is planning to introduce the relevant training materials of the commitment including new ideas about burn, wounds and ulcers at different levels and evaluation methods of clinical observation to the online educational platform shared by UCE and other 100 European universities, providing relevant universities and research institutes in Europe with a new thinking and perspective, and thus  laying down a solid academic foundation for the further development of organ regenerative science in Europe.

In the Pavol Jozef Safarik University Affiliated Hospital in Kosice, representatives from MEBO was warmly received by Ingrid Schusterova, president of the hospital, with whom, they had an in-depth discussion regarding the establishment of organ regenerative science center. Ingrid Schusterova was of great interest in the technique being included in the United States national policy and she said: “organ regenerative science is an innovative life science. A clinical center can be established in the Affiliated Hospital and a research center can be established in the medical university.” In terms of implementing more extensive clinical practices of organ regenerative science, the two sides have made plans and arrangements together.

This Slovakian trip enables MEBO International to have broad and in-depth contact with relevant research institutes and universities in Slovakia. On the one hand, it fully demonstrates the international status, influence and application prospect of organ regenerative science, and on the other hand, it has laid the foundation for MEBO’s entry into the European market to some extent. With the constant upgrading of academic study and the continuous expansion of clinical practice of organ regenerative science in the field of life science  in Europe and even the whole world, organ regenerative science will play an increasingly important role in the global development of life science.
