Medical Expansion Activities Stirring Up Three Mid-East Countries

In late 1990s, MEBO was introduced in to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar and in the past decade, these markets have enjoyed a continuous development with a solid market basement founded, especially for the OTC market. The OTC market is almost occupied by MEBO and head for saturation, and severe challenges are lying for MEBO before further market increase. However, the clinical physicians in these three countries had only considered MEBO as a single product during all these years and they just groped the way to apply MEBO in clinical practice, such as the treatment of small and medium superficial burn wounds, bedsores, diabetic ulcers and etc.

They have achieved sound clinical treatment results, but they have little knowledge about the regenerative medicine theory, mechanism of skin regeneration in situ, clinical practice standards and technical application on large area burn wounds treatment. In order to change this situation, help the physicians in these three countries to improve their clinical application of burn regenerative therapy and further standardize the clinical practice and expand the marketing shares, base on the deliberate organization and projecting of UAE Gulf Pharmaceuticals Ltd (Julphar) together with International Business Department of MEBO International Group, Professor Chen Yongchong was invited to these three countries to launch itinerant lectures, technique training, academic exchanges, clinical practice guidance and demonstrations during 22nd to 31st Jan accompanied by Dr. Alaa Helail, who is responsible for the medical channel expansion of Julphar. During this 10-day period, Professor Chen was invited to give lectures on 6 city level training classes, 11 times of academic exchanges and technique training in hospitals and the number of trained medical staff amounted to 369. He was also invited to 11 large-scale main governmental or private hospitals to provide clinical practice guidance and standardized demonstrations, and totally diagnosed and guided the treatment of 15 patients suffering from burn wounds, chronic wounds and scar formation, besides which he had also presented a training course for 30 Julphar marketing personnel in these countries.
