Company Acquisition, Local Investigation, New Products Registration, and Medical Promotion Efforts Get Full-Scale Motivation in Malaysia
Backgrounds introduction: Malaysia has a population of more than 26 million, consisted of 13 states which are divided into two parts; one is West Malaysia, north to Thailand, south to Johore Strait, connected with Singapore by Johor-Singapore Causeway and the Second Link; the other is East Malaysia, at the north part of Kalimantan island, south to Indonesia. Malaysia is one of the founding members of the Association of South East Asian Nations, so it occupies the great commercial business strategy position.
At the end of 2008, MEBO Group established business cooperate relations with Distributor Company- Triniaire. And since 2009, the promotion of regenerative medicine and therapy and MEBO ointment in local market has been approached. In 2010, bilateral cooperation was strengthened to promote academic population and sales marketing up to a new step. Further more cooperation and registration of other kinds of MEBO products is also initiated.
In consistence with MEBO Group international development strategies, in 2009 the efforts of whole-owner company acquisition were done to MEBO Malaysia Company. It is the first step of MEBO Group forward to international markets expansion.
Business trip in Malaysia
On 1st April, at the invitation from Triniaire, Prof. Chen director of Chinese Burns & Ulcers Technology Center, deputy director of Beijing Rongxiang Institute of Regenerative Medicine and Regional Manager Mr. Xu Chong paid a business visit to Malaysia, and efforts on company acquisition, local investigation, new products registration and medical promotion were motivated to a full scale.
On 2nd April, Prof. Chen Yongchong began his 24-day long medical promotion work in Malaysia with the arrangement of Trinaire. And at the same time, Mr. Xu was covered by company acquisition, arrangement local inspection for MEBO Group Chief Financial inspector, cooperation of new products and registration. All the efforts were put forward into two parallel lines.
On 5th April, MEBO Group Chief Finance Inspector Ms. Li Cui began her visits to Malaysia on local investigation.
On 6th April, arranged by Mr. Chong, GM of Triniaire and Mr. Xu, Chief Inspector Mr. Li held talks with local finance representative Ms. Alisa. In the talks, Ms. Li knew the information of Malaysian financial affairs and tax revenues. And bilateral discussions were given deeply on the details of local financial affaires, especially issues of how to avoid unnecessary troubles after successful acquisition and local managements.
On 7th April, Ms. Li visited the newly built Burns Department of a local governmental hospital and gave her high comments and encourage for local development. And then talks were hold between registration assistant Mr. Lee and lawyer Ms. Tan from MEBO side and Ms. Li, mainly on certain details on the shareholders and registration addresses changes after acquisition as well as law issues.
On 8th April, Ms. Li finished her visit in Malaysia. Here many thanks will be sent to Trinaire company for their hospitable reception and kind arrangement for Mr. Li’s visits. More over many thanks for Mr. Li, MEBO Group Chief Finance Inspector could take time from her tight working schedule to give local investigation and instruction.
From 9th to 11th April, Mr. Xu went to Johore for talks with GM Mr. Chen Fusheng and Mr. Lim and discussed on present acquisition acceleration and the full growth of MEBO technology and products in Malaysia. Mr. Chen showed that it was not surprising at all at the fast development of MEBO Group. Because the internationally advanced MEBO human body life science would certainly change the direction of life science development in the world. At the same time, Mr. Chen expressed his determination on cooperation and acceleration for acquisition and put MEBO Malaysia company fast on routine management. Mr. Xu on behalf of GM Ms. Sun Xia of MEBO Group International Department delivered Sun’s best wishes and many thanks for Mr. Chen’s great efforts in MEBO development. And at last, Mr. Chen expressed his great wishes that MEBO Group would grow stronger and stronger in the near future!
On 13th April, Mr. Xu discussed with Mr. Chong, Registration expert Mr. CS Wee on gastrointestinal capsule registration in Malaysia, mainly on the confirmation of registration classification, registration circle, preparation and standardization of documents and costs. Meanwhile Mr. Xu also got the information on the investment environment, local factory founding, and costs. At last, further discussion was held on the promotion, sales and expectation plans of GI products in Malaysia. Mr. Chong expressed his sincere wills on cooperation. And Trinaire had the confidence to make MEBO the No. one brand in Malaysian medicine and health care fields.
Based on the important strategic location of Malaysia, there is great development space in this market. So it requires any effort on academic promotion, medical marketing and products population should be according to local situation. Meanwhile local marketing factors should be included into general consideration. In that case the mode and strategy of ‘one leads ten, and ten leads one’ will form to push the whole Asian market development and the establishment of brand strategy in Malaysia.
