Rains kept falling since the 6.6 magnitude earthquake on July 22nd of 2013, and mudslide and mountain landslide were common. On 28th, a 4.1 magnitude earthquake struck the area, creating many difficulties. The soldiers cleared debris and roads and sent disaster relief materials to all victims there to safeguard normal life. The policemen patrolled and guided the vehicles to maintain stability of society and smooth of roads. The medical staff treated and safeguarded life quality of victims, and the emergency rescue team provided service to victims and treated them with regeneration technology, handle various cases of fractures and joints dislocation.
