To the Ninth Year Anniversary of MEBO life Science Declaration

Today is the nine year anniversary of tissue organ clone announcement, we announced life science achievement at the technology public hearing held by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China nine years ago, and today this achievement has become a complete scientific system of human body regenerative restoration. To explain the born process of human body regenerative restoration science by showing the reality of historical scientific events in order to serve the public as soon as possible.
The scene of technology public hearing held by the ministry of science and technology of China at Aug, 2002: specialists and scholars attend the hearing: Academician ZHAI Zhong-he from college of life and science of Peking University, Academician WU Zu-ze from radiology institute of Military Medical Science Academy of the PLA, Academician CHEN Wei-feng from department of immunology of Peking University Health and Science Center, Professor GUO Li-he from institute of biochemical cell of Chinese Academy of science, Researcher CHEN Da-yuan form institute zoology of Chinese Academy of Science, Professor LIU Yu-qin from cell center of institute of basic medical science of Chinese Academy of Medical Science, researcher CHEN Guang-sheng from institute of microbiology of Chinese Academy of Science, researcher of HAN Chao-zhong from blood institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Science, Professor XONG De-xin, from Chinese Association of Microecology, Professor YANG Zhi-ming , from orthopedic department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University, researcher LIU Jian-yuan, from Beijing institute of biological products. MEBO international group made the science report of somatic cell clone tissue organ to the domestic and overseas, media made a special news bulletin “tissue organ duplication result in astonishing advance of life science”. It is the most noticeable and widely heard news at that time, and also draw attentions from the scientific community, some of them questioning that it is impossible, others completely agreed with it. Life science reach its peak at the technology public hearing held by the ministry of science and technology, and the conclusion is “ waiting for this technology to be come true”
Aug,8th 2002, the word third stem cell and regenerative medicine meeting was held at unite states, Professor XU Rong-xiang, the promoter of life science and the chairmen of MEBO international group was invited to attend the meeting as the speaker, certainly everyone in the meeting was shocked by the technology of somatic cell clone tissue organ. Form then on, the astonishing advance turn to be the leading role of the cutting-edge life science development, now all the cutting edge life science study are all focus on stem cell, thus we can say our life science astonishing advance is very successful, and none in the world can change this great history. Ⅰ.Published achievements
May, 2000, XU Rong-xiang made a clinical study report about somatic cell in situ transforming to keratin 19 stem cell, and in situ regeneration and restoration skin organs on burn wound. This is the first study report about somatic cell transforming to stem cell.
May,2000 a international news conference of all the achievement about keratin 19 stem cell in situ regeneration and restoration skin organs was held by the branch of Chinese Association of the integration of Traditional and Western Medicine.
June, 2000, stem cell news of unite states reported that Chinese experts found the keratin 19 stem cell and clone skin;
Sept, 2000, english edition was published by the Ministry of Science and Technology(No.234 Stem Cell Grows into Skin);
June,2001, inventor and Professor XU Rong-xiang announced the histological expression process of regeneration and replication of human tissues and organs in situ by PRCS and stem cells (skin); this is the first time to announced the process of regeneration and replication of human tissues and organs in situ by PRCS and stem cells (skin) to the public.
November,2001, Chinese Medical Association published the achievement of Professor XU’s “ somatic cell clone gastrointestinal tissue organs in vivo and vitro”;

Oct,8th 2002, XU Rong-xiang, announced the achievements of somatic cell cone tissue organ on the world third stem cell and regenerative medicine meeting in the unite states, materials of the achievement account for one third of the lecture.
May, 26th, 2003, Folke Ryden the chief of Swedish Television，SVT and his translator Erling Hoh made a 2 hours TV interview with Professor XU Rong-xiang the chairmen of MEBO international group, this interview was done for the program of LIFE AT STAKE ( sponsored by the science committee of Sweden and Swedish television), and finally made a documentary about the new biology. Film will be showed at the Swedish Science Festival and other international fimfest.
Sept, 2004, Stanford Univ USA specially invited Professor XU Rong-xiang to do a subjective scientific report about “tissue regeneration “to the life scientists.

1. Clinical Application :
Keratin 19 stem cell in situ regeneration and restoration of skin organs in the treatment of burn has been widely used in the hospitals of china, and was classified as the first tenth major medical technology to be popularized by the Ministry of health.

In 2002, repeated study about keratin 19 stem cell on the burn wound was done by the 304 Hospital of PLA; ( researcher got national scientific and technological progress awards and promoted to academician)

In 2003, The third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University of Hunan Province repeated the study of keratin 19 regeneration and restoration skin organs ( include sweet gland and all the skin appendages);
In 2007, 304 Hospital of PLA also repeated the study of sweet gland regeneration.

3.Basic study:
In 2006, Japanese scientists transformed animal somatic cell to iPS cell (similar as stem cell)
In 2007, scientists of Japanese and USA repeated the study of iPS; afterwards, father of the reproductive cloning declared that abandon the study of reproductive study and focus on somatic cell transforming stem cell.
Nov, 2010, Hospital of Harvard University repeated the animal study of gastrointestinal regeneration and clone respectively.

Apr,16th, 2004, 《Burns Regenerative Medicine and Therapy》was published by the world famous biology press KARGER, and offered globally.
Aug, 16th, 2007, announced the report of completing study of organ clone and tumor cell transforming in five years.
In 2009, Professor XU Rong-xiang, published 《 Human Body Regenerative and Restoration Science》, announced the study and application result of regenerative restoration science in 2002.
Nowadays, based on the experience of human body application, Human body regenerative club was established at 2006, aged organs of members were regenerated and restorated after regenerative therapy, institute of regenerative medicine will publish the application results of human body regenerative restoration science one by one. First is the result of gastrointestinal regeneration and restoration, second is the result of aged skin regeneration and restoration, and last is the result of limb regeneration. Other results of human body regenerative restoration science will be published in the near future to serve the public.

Professor Xu Rong-xiang, has got 27 patents of USA and other developed countries (include Chinese patents)
XU Rong-xiang, has the copyright and right of speak of core theory and technology of cutting edge life science like , somatic cell transforming to stem cell, in situ stem cell regeneration and duplication of tissue organs, in situ regeneration and restoration of tissue organs, regeneration of aged organs, limb regeneration etc.
Ⅴ. International counterparts
Up until now, counterparts around the world still follow the route of our basic study without one application study report yet. The development of life regenerative science is lies in our hands.
