Record I of the Marketing and Operation Conference of the MEBO International Business Department
From Jan. 5 to Jan. 7, 2013, all MEBO International Group staff gathered together to have the annual conference. Led by Sun Xia, President of the MEBO International Business Department, all the staff, including the staffs stationed overseas, participated the meeting. Here is the report:
At 2pm on Jan. 5, the meeting started as scheduled. Ms. Sun (CEO) introduced the current situation of the international market, summarized the progress and shortfalls in 2012, and analyzed the opportunities and challenges in the coming year.

Zhang Yin, Deputy General Manager of the Indian Branch, was giving report.
Wu Yun, Director of the International Marketing Office, was giving report.
Chen Gang, General Manager of the Russian Direct Marketing Agency, was giving report.

Shu Ye, Director of the International Technology Dept., was giving report.
Zhang Jingyan, Director of the Administration Office, was giving report.
Yue Shenghua, Director of the Financial Dept., was giving report.
Xiao Ge, Director of International Registration Dept., was giving report.
Liu Gang, Vice president of the International Business Department, gave objective and fair analysis and comments on the achievements and problems of current international marketing. He also laid out marketing plans and goals for 2013.

At last, President Sun gave closing remarks on the conference, and raised requirements for the work in 2013.
At 9am sharp on Jan. 6, the conference resumed. President Sun reported the work plan for 2013, hoping everyone bring full play to their talents and achieve the set goals.

On the meeting, every staff reported their own work plans, the employees stationed in Russia also gave reports through Skype. The meeting went nonstop till 6pm except a lunch break. Vice President Liu made an analogy, saying that the department is a fishing boat which requires specialization and cooperation. He hoped everyone to work concertedly to create a new situation in 2013.
President Sun also gave remarks on the plans, and brought up a 16-character principle, that is “Unite in Good Faith, Practice to Improve Skills, Strive to Make Progress and Be Creative to Achieve Win-win Economy”, she expressed that everyone should increase the sense of mission and urgency, and be well prepared for the great time of “ Great Science, Tremendous Economy”.

2012 has passed, the International Business Dept. will grow steadily in 2013, all of us will unite to best play teamwork and strive hard to overcome all difficulties and achieve a new height in 2013.
