Establish a World for Regenerative Human

In science, MEBO has become the world’s dominant. And in ideology and worldview, MEBO is to promote the great cause of saving human and only MEBO can save human. As Bill Gates once said: no matter how advanced the technology is, it can’t save human. Only the life science can change the human and change the world and our regenerative science is the only life science which can change the human and the world so far. The exploration and researches on life science failed one after another in the past 200 years and we gained the speaking right of world life science by combating worldwide with the scam of life science in last year. We prosecuted the Nobel Committee, which has a profound meaning and is the key point of the scientific war. As the scientists of MEBO, we should truly think of the meaning of this litigation. Science is not something fraud and the false prosperity of science will eventually be short-lived. We have the courage to challenge the world, as we are the only science and technology that can save the human in the long course of life science history.
The development of life science for saving human is divided into two phases. 2500 years ago, Hippocrates found the modern medicine which lasts until now. The thinking and methods of modern medicine are still within the scope of Hippocrates, which can relieve the pains and delay the death for human in some sense. However, it can’t save the human, as the human body is composed of cells and constituted by many organs and the change of cell and organ in the human body will affect the whole human life. The pattern of medicine and pharmacy can’t reach to the level of cell change and what they are focusing on and concerning is to use antagonistic method to treat the abnormal cell. In other words, it is to use antagonistic and surgical methods to sacrifice some tissues to ensure the life of the organ, which provides some sense of protection for human life. According to the practice over the past 2500 years, the ratio of modern medicine’s contribution in protecting human life even can’t reach to 8%, which is an objective fact too according to our evaluation. However, for treating the disease of the organ its own, the ratio is zero. None of the organ diseases has been cured through medication so far, therefore even the number of 8% can not be applied to the evaluation of treating disease of the organ its own. The evaluation of modern medicine should focus on each category and treatment method but the overall human life.
Our regenerative life science has verified the function of Potential Regenerative Cells (PRCs) by not only the basic cytological experiments and animal experiments, but also six to seven years’ trial on human body. We will complete the first phase of saving human through the implementation experience of the first phase regenerative plan and later complete the second phase after obtaining the implementation experience of the second phase regenerative plan until the completion of third and fourth phase. Obtaining practical experience of the first phase, our science system has become complete in application, which appears to be a brand new system of life science. We should deeply perceive the principle that our science and medicine are two completely different scientific systems. We can’t mix the medicine into our scientific system, otherwise it will be a fraud. All the staff and experts of the regenerative institute should follow the principle strictly and any mix of them will be a fraud and be denied totally. It will be a fraud too if the conventional medicine and modern medicine uses our scientific theory.
Our technical staff must change the thought completely. Our science is regenerative science and the core of our scientific theory incudes three parts: the PRCs, the regenerative substance which can awaken and cultivate the PRCs, and the technique to regenerate organs in situ and in vitro through cultivation of PRCs. Those three parts constitute the core system of regenerative life science. Now we are ready for the scientific propagating and business operation, but we must adjust the overall direction of scientific business operation and use the social resources to lead the world rapidly, using the regenerative life science to benefit and save the human.
Our aim is very clear and we are afraid of nothing in the process of promoting the development of our science. We have bravely designed our innovative plan, every staff should find his position according to this plan and catch up rapidly. Otherwise, the staff will have to withdraw from the current position as well as the arena of current history. Hope all the MEBO staff, no matter scientific staff or other supporting systems, must have the career spirit and not only treat it as a job, but also treat it as a matter of giving, doing good and saving lives. Only this kind of developing pattern and route can win the respect of the world.
 
Two  Three Major Development Plans of MEBO Group
We have made three major development plans, with science as the core of them. Only by and from us can human beings enjoy the regenerative life and such a life fire will spread to the United Nations, to governments and even to religious groups. We must ignite the fire and set such institutions and systems with the power of ruling the world on fire. We have completed the establishment of the science system, which cannot be overridden in the history of the world. We will not take the bumpy road; instead, we will make use of the social forces and mobilize them to jointly save human life, which requires us to take the responsibility of propagation.
Last year we proposed the plan of igniting the organizations of the most powerful countries, which plan was far beyond the imagination of all countries. The U.S. government is the first in the world to accept the plan both from the political level and the consortium level and has included the development of regenerative science into the agenda. Obama, the U.S. President, has adjusted the development direction of applied life science to the route of damaged organ regeneration, which is actually promoted by a consortium. Unfortunately, the consortium is still in the conceptual stage of relevant animal experiments. Just after the U.S. President announced the direction, we as the science patentee immediately declared to the world that the Obama's policy has been completed, and which has attracted the great concerns of the U.S. government. The US government got contact with us through various channels and wanted to conduct an assessment on our science and planned to verify it. MEBO hopes the U.S. government, the NO.1 superpower of the world, can take the lead in making use of the science to benefit their people and then contribute it to the world. 
We plan to establish an organization, i.e., a scientific united nation of regenerative life science to which we contribute our science and technology and the organization will take the burden of benefiting the world with the science and technology. Such a scientific united nation is composed of three parties: one is our science and technology; another is the governments of countries and the other is the capitalists who are willing and keen to promote the development of the science system. The development plan is beyond the imagination of all people. According to the norms of UN International Law, our technology should be used to benefit human since no one has the exclusive control right on a life-saving science or technology. Every country and government should unconditionally make use of such a life-saving science and technology to save its people, which is also an international norm. We will call on the governments of countries to speed up the development of the organization. After the establishment of the scientific united station of regenerative life science, regenerative science will enter the stage of validation which is also an education process in all countries. Through such process, all the people around the world can pay close attention to the regeneration experiment cases all the time and by presenting the world the overall process from the gradual generation of regenerative life to the formation of two-year regenerative life, let them know that the regenerative life has been realized. Such a plan has been estimated by legal, financial, social and academic circles and they thought that it can absolutely be realized despite the difficulties. This is our first major plan that will shake the world.
We have identified the regenerative potential life of human body and we are sure that we can control the life. The first-batch regeneration program has verified the results of our animal experiments. The cells of “regenerative persons”, who have realized regeneration, are totally different from “non-regenerative persons”, who haven’t realized regeneration. The experiments we have finished on cells, animals and human body have confirmed that regenerative life is actually real. For applied science, both the medical data and the actual life functions of “regenerative persons” in reality should be respected. 
The first development plan of MEBO is to harness our science well. Countries and governments constitute a scientific united nation to develop a plan benefiting human beings. Capitalists play the role of economic leverage to operate the economic market by taking advantage of the science, developing the world economy and meanwhile driving the science benefiting human beings. While in the process, what we need to do is still to transform our science and technology into products and applied techniques.
The second major plan refers to the thorough specific development programs. On the road towards the establishment of such a scientific united nation, we must start from the primary programs and open to the world one by one. Now the fastest program developing in the world is the burns wounds and ulcers technology, which represents our fundamental development of our earthshaking plan. The development of burns technology should also upgrade from the technical level to the scientific level, focusing on such issues as PRCs, regenerative substance, how to culture PRCs to produce regenerative life and etc. The burns wounds and ulcers technology has a powerful platform of developing towards the whole world, because we have been conducting the clinical validation according to the FDA procedures in the U.S. MEBO as the first composition of natural plant ingredients entering phase III trial in the U.S. symbolizes the beginning of the era of drugs composed by plant ingredient blending. It is planed that after the completion of the schedule for phase III clinical trial, it will be transferred to the large-scale enterprise groups engaging in social medical health care and health promotion which would undertake the great development cause.
Our phase III clinical trial on diabetic ulcers in the US symbolizes the beginning of the era of human botanical drugs with blended plant ingredients, based on which MEBO will set up a system consisting of CMC and clinical teams for blended plant ingredients in an explosive way. We plan to develop a corresponding nutritional composition for the activation of every kind of regenerative cell and thus hundreds of botanical drugs of blended plant ingredients will be continuously added into the system. The era of chemical drugs will therefore come to an end and an expected new era featuring regenerative substance security system will come into being.    
In order to achieve the control over product quality, for every step involved in sessions from the natural planting of plants to the marketing of applied products, relevant teams should be well established including CMC team, R & D team, efficacy study team, clinical verification team, science and technology promotion team and etc. Four major teams have been set up during the adjustment of group at the earlier time: scientific and technological theory team, CMC team, scientific research and development team and America-based clinical team, each possessing their own characteristics. In terms of the fundamental advance, the existing group system including production department, R & D department, CMC team, clinical trial team and etc. is well-equipped. No matter in terms of R&D, production and the rigorous FDA clinical validation or in terms of the systematization of science and technology theory team, we have the capability of carrying out the R&D of scientific series products. Human has finally been able to enter the new era of plant nutritional composition overtaking chemical drugs, which is a historical progress. From the planting of original materials in the nature to processing the material into ingredients, from composing the ingredients into composition to initiating the PRCs of the human body and to studying the culture technology of PRCs, we can finish the whole process by our own teams. We will produce 206 products for the known 206 types of PRCs, in this way we human will finally have 206 types of regenerative substance awakening and culturing the 206 types of PRCs and initiating the regenerative life. The nutritional food of PRCs can vary along with the life process of PRCs and thus the development of our individual program can be infinitely expanded.
The third major plan is to develop the leading clubs of “regenerative persons” in the development of which we will be realistic and practical as well as detail-oriented, because what we do is to save lives. For the development of the club, the technician team, the expert team and the technical management team are largely put in place. At an earlier time, we have conducted trainings on the experts and technicians to improve their quality of scientific research. And in terms of lab work of applied technology, we also have set up the unique and independent lab procedures. And still we have built the regenerative life model in vitro and finished the determination of human body nutrients spectrum by which as two major indicators we monitor the status of human body regenerative life and also as the important lab data based on which we make regenerative life plans.  
Our production base is powerful. On the basis of developing the primary work well, it can be expanded immediately when needed, not limited to the expansion in China. Bases in Shantou and Shanghai are mainly responsible for the production work, and Yizhuang in Beijing is for the R&D and middle scale testing of products and also undertakes the related work of regenerative food and cosmetics.
At present, we are training and improving the overall management forces in the group. For the leaders of each department, their management mind has reached the required level and they also have fully realized their responsibilities but their capabilities, for some, are not yet well-qualified. Later on, we will make adjustments based on their capabilities. Though the foundation of club member business operation has been established, its development is not an easy job. It represents a comprehensive science platform of organ regeneration, is a tangible practical example of regenerative science and also a banner or a model of regenerative science in the world. The members in our club are not to cure diseases simply but are to generate regenerative life, i.e., to own two types of life function: original life function and regenerative life function. Those who have developed regenerative life are collectively called “regenerative human” and in the future human beings will be classified into “primary human” enjoying primary life and “regenerative human” enjoying both primary life and regenerative life. Our club takes the burden of developing the first batch “regenerative human” and then does the propagation and train more relevant staff to build more clubs and to develop more “regenerative human”. The high end “regenerative human” is the pioneer model of our human beings.    
Any branch of the life-saving while money-making club headquarters can form a tremendous life-saving market, which is one specific program of the world-changing plan. Now China has taken the lead in launching the GI and skin programs. Skin program will develop a high end market while GI program will develop a market realizing everyone-accessible regeneration and rejuvenation. What we need to do is to make the game rules and then transfer the work to the capable social forces to undertake. For the advancement of all program markets, we adopt the commitment service, for instance, for GI program, the improvement of GI symptoms and the regenerative rejuvenation is our commitment. Coupled with a series of patents obtained in U.S which include in situ regenerate physiological tissues and organs, they form a complete patent system jointly, developing the original life body and the regenerated life body. Developed countries acknowledge each other's approved patents, which is greatly favorable for advancing our global development. The MEBO scientific intellectual property is invaluable and immeasurable.
 
Three  Ideology and Mission of MEBO Staff
 
The initiation and development of the great cause of saving human need MEBO staff in every phase and we have made the forward direction. All MEBO staff will have their positions during the developing course and they should hold them tightly. Now it is the time of blooming and land enclosure. And there is unlimited space for you to perform and there are three teams: technical application team, product team and scientific education team. Everyone can find a suitable position in either team and make a best performance for the team.
What we are looking for is not the developing direction of MEBO, but the developing direction of human. If we don’t go through this route, our science will be disabled, the direction will be lost or even self-lost. The economic market of regenerative life savings is not the key point of our group development and it will be undertaken by the enterprise from the society. Our group will continue working on the sacred science and we will give a new world to human in which we will use the components of food to ensure human’s health, treat diseases and save lives. MEBO technical staff should absorb it heart and soul, use this thought to support yourselves and abandon all the thoughts that impact your development. At the key stage of turning period, all the middle and senior managers should transform the consideration to the aspect of what MEBO staffs are working on and what they are going to work on. We are saving the human, therefore in our science development, we should give up our selfish motives and awaken the noble heart for saving human, as the saying goes, he's free from stains who seeks no gains.
