Working Conference of MEBO International Group
We waved good-bye to the Year of Snake and embraced the Year of Horse. On January 10th of 2014, the Working Conference of MEBO International Group was held. All staff presented for the Conference and made detailed summaries and analyzed the work last year and worked out working plan for 2014. The report is as follows:
The conference of MEBO International Group was divided into three sessions, the meeting with MEBO Shanghai on January 9th and Summary & Planning Meeting on January 10th and the General Meeting on 11th.
Opening of Meeting
The theme of the meeting in the morning focuses on the summary of work in 2013. The chief of various departments, including Wu Yun, Zhang Yin, Chen Gang, Shu Ye, Xiao Ge, Yue Shenghua, Liu Lin and Zhang Jingyan, made detailed summary about work last year and analyzed their shortcomings and provided ideas for improvement. Then, Ms. Sun Xia made detailed evaluations about all their working summaries. She confirmed all results realized under such difficult conditions in 2013, especially the realization of payment collection. On the other hand, she pointed out all shortcomings of all departments, including insufficient terminal activities in various markets, unsatisfactory working process and lifeless business model. She also pointed out how to improve.

Evaluation by President Sun Xia
The meeting in the afternoon focused on the working plan for 2014, and every one introduced their working plan based on various requirements provided by leaders and their ideas of how to improve their work in 2013. All staff was clear-minded and confident about their future work. Then, President Sun Xia and Liu Gang commented all their reports and offered their expectations and required all of us to draw lessons from our work and enhance our crisis awareness and expand our horizon. She also asked for actual localization of traditional business in various markets. She said that the growth of profits will be the most important target for us in the new year, and she also explained the new performance evaluation scheme.

Reflecting on the past one year, we can say that all staff tackled many difficulties and realized business goal set at the beginning of 2013, thus guaranteeing rapid growth of payment collection. At the same time, there remain many shortcomings, including exploring new markets and increasing profits of various branch companies. In 2014, all staff shall continue to innovate and explore with the banner of “Great Science and Great Economy” in order to achieve rapid payment collection, promote rapid development of various branches and enhance overall capability of cracking down upon difficulties and to dominate the world with our human body regeneration science.
