Chinese Talent: Mr. Xu Rongxiang, to the Summit of Regeneration Science

As for the reader of Chinese Youth, Mr. Xu Rongxiang is not unfamiliar. However, as a reporter who has been interviewing him for years, I had for many times said that he is a grass-root hero who strives on the road of science and tries to achieve what he wants and he is also a legendary icon who continues to bring surprises and attracts attention.
As expected, news keep coming from the United States since the end of last years. For just one instant, Xu Rongxiang became a name of attention.
First, on December 3rd of 2012, Mr. Xu filed lawsuit against Nobel Committee and its 50 committee members and accused that Nobel Prize was awarded to John Gordon from Britain and Shinya Yamanaka from Japan due to the fact that the ground and content of their inventions were the patented invention applied by Xu 10 years ago. And, such invention misrepresented and misled the science. In order to keep the purity of science, he had to face this unprecedented lawsuit.
Second, two month later, on February 13th of 2013, United States President Obama delivered his State of the Union Address. The United States government abandoned the scientific line featuring embryonic stem cells and artificial cells in part of his speech related to science and technology. Rather, the concept featuring “adoption of medicines to regenerate diseased and damaged organs” turned into national policy related to life science development. However, this is just the core of the patent registered by Mr. Xu in the United States.
Third, only one month later, California again, Prof. Watson, the former Nobel Prize Winner and the so-called “Father of Genetics” in human life science, delivered a speech in California and totally denied his “Genetics Research” which he had devoted for years. He described it as “irrelevant”. Such a comment served as a huge blast to the global scientific world.
The several seemingly irrelevant news are just like bombs, because they are all in relation to the human body regenerative science research that Mr. Xu had carried out for years. It is an unbelievable coincidence. Mr. Xu was unintentionally popularized around the world.
Protest: Requiring Comment from Nobel Committee
It is very common that some might believe that Mr. Xu is showing himself by filing lawsuit against Nobel Prize Committee.
For Mr. Xu Rongxiang, the lawsuit against Nobel Prize Committee is not just a fancy. Rather, it is a hard decision. Everybody knows that there is great risk. Once he failed, he would be discredited and all his work will be ignored. And, it would be very difficult for him to regain his reputation in the world.
More than 10 years ago, in order to protect his own scientific research results, a patent about “Successful Copy” of human body tissue organs with the human body regeneration and restoration scientific system was registered by Mr. Xu in the United States. The Patent Number is 6991813B2. Since then, many scientists had been inspired by Xu while adopting his theories and experiments and had achieved “Copy”. The most famous one is the authorized report about human body regeneration science and theory that is the first one which repeats what Mr. Xu had done. However, he was not hurried. And, instead, he felt comfortable. With different activated materials and methods, the biological phenomena showed in research echoes the human body regeneration principles. This represented an advanced exploration in life science field from the other point of view.
However, the prize presentation this time is quite different.
On October 8th of 2012, the Nobel Prize Committee awarded the Nobel Prize to John Gordon from Britain and Shinya Yamanaka from Japan, declaring that the two scientists shared the prize due to their contributions in “induced pluripotent stem cells”. However, from the point of view of Mr. Xu Rongxiang, such a declaration is unclear and is easy to lead to disorder in terms of scientific concepts and details. The “induction” they advocated is just a another expression of “manufacturing through artificial means”which is pseudoscience that had been criticized by Xu 10 years ago and that is taken advantage of by those who referred to his concepts to create organs and cells for their own reputations. Mr. Xu Rongxiang is the first one who advocates theory of regeneration and is the first one who “duplicate” human tissue organs. but, his concept is based on the natural and inherent capability of human regenerative powers, which is absolutely not and impossible to be the “artificial”. This is the basic difference.
Through thoughtful considerations, Xu decided to engage the tough lawsuit against Nobel Prize Committee. He delivered speech through media of the United States, announcing that the statement by Nobel Assembly on October of 2012 about these scientific question was misleading and requiring that Nobel Assembly to clarify that whether the human regeneration power is natural or artificial just like what it described when issuing 2012 Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine. Such mistakes denied Xu’s scientific achievements and will affect the health and safety of all human beings. Therefore, the lawsuit is very important. The other reason of the lawsuit is because that reputation of Nobel Assembly is too high. And, no one can correct their mistakes without help of judicial system. Mr. Xu finds out from previous similar cases that many scientists have tried to change decisions of Nobel Prize Assembly. However, all these efforts have failed. Therefore, legal actions must be taken.
The lawsuit against Nobel Prize Committee was registered in Supreme Court of California State of the United States on December 3rd.
Mr. Xu is confident about it, and he has prepared with his attorney team for more than one month. “Our lawsuit against Nobel Prize Committee about its infringement of my reputation is only the first step, there will be many more lawsuits for them.”said Xu.
Self-denial of James Watson and Uniqueness of Xu Rongxiang
The whole thing develops in a dramatic manner.
Just after the case is registered in Supreme Court of California of the United States, the defendant and plaintiff were still bothered by process-relation problems. Right at this moment, Prof. James Watson, the so-called “Father of Genes”, announced his denial over his previous research about treatment with genetics therapy, which provided an authoritative proof for the lawsuit of Xu. Before the lawsuit started, it seemed that everybody knew who is the winner.
Then, who is James Watson? Why can his denial exert influence over the lawsuit of Xu? So, we have to make a simple summary of the research of life science.
In today’s life science world, we can say that a relay race of life science research had began since last century. In 1907, the research of ribonucleic acid, the human genetic material, took the lead in world life science. And in the middle period of last century, European and American scientist discovered the solid structure of genetic materials. And with the development of modern electron microscope technology, people will see more details and the genetics research will be new world trend. Finally, three scientists with James Watson and Francis Harry Compton Crick as the representatives discovered the solid structure of genetics materials until the completion of sequencing of map and promoted the science to the summit. Therefore, they are called Father of Modern Genetics. Now, two of them died. And, only James Watson is still around. However, though the scientists made their hard efforts into research of genetics, they failed to find any application results that are valuable to human health. So, a new scientific concept of embryonic stem cells is developed.Just when research of embryonic stem cell goes on, Mr. Xu made his debut. Such a folk scientist who carries out experiment and research out of the academic circle published a long article Challenging Scientific Achievements – Explaining Research of In-situ Stem Cells (35000 characters) to report his research about regenerative tissue organs through in-situ stem cells from the point of view of theory and practice. Actually, he criticized the research of embryonic stem cells. It is just like a challenge in the field of life science. And, there are two directions and routes on this invisible platform. One is the research route and concept based on genetics and molecular biology, and the other one is definitely the human body regeneration science route and concept based on human body regenerative potential and in-situ regeneration developed by Mr. Xu. During the past 12 years, there are still no practical results in genetics that can be realized.
With regard to the research of embryonic stem cells, we have encountered the ethics obstacles and scientific cheaters who declared cloning something (similar stories can be found in China and Korea). Only the human body regeneration science developed by Mr. Xu took the lead and surpassed other concepts. Every year, there would be several leaps with regard to the development of the science. Many scientific achievements that surprised the world would emerge every year.
However, it is not the end. And, the side that represents the mainstream of the research and those well-known scientists who are keen on embryonic cloning finally calmed down after consuming large amount of money of tax payers. They have to abandon their research after painful reflections.
Up until the beginning of this year, Watson denied his own research and declared to the whole world that it is invaluable to carry out research about treatment of cancer and other diseases through gene sequence. So, the base of the mainstream of world life science collapsed right away.
Just at the moment of self denial of Watson and the lawsuit filed by Mr. Xu, the State Union of Address supported Xu’s concepts. However, the State Union did not mention such previously popular words as embryonic stem cells, artificial cells and genetics treatment. Rather, it clarifies the direction of regenerate organs through medicines, which rectify the work of Xu with regard to his contributions in life science field.
The Year 2013, the Year of Xu Rongxiang!
With regard to contemporary life science circle, there have been on other concept that can be competitive to the philosophy of Xu Rongxiang’s human body regeneration theory featuring great achievements and the uniqueness. With the announcement of State of the Union of Address by President Obama and the unique achievements and contributions of Xu in life science, we can find that this echoes the reflections, diversions and new decisions in today’s life science research. Human Body Regeneration Science is simply the science that deals with research abut regenerative potentials and nutrients of human body. This legendary icon who has been struggling on this road for over 20 years is now on the summit of the life science. He is now embracing his era.
According to Xu, human body regeneration and restoration science started the regenerative life world, which will definitely lead to change of world industrial economy. Many aspects will be changed, including various systems such as medicines, food, healthcare products and cosmetics, hospitals, clubs and nursing homes, in-situ regeneration and restoration of burns, defects of surface skin and skull, diabetes and regeneration of ulcers, chronic diseases and the rejuvenation of the aged organs, the regenerative materials of various functions (gastrointestinal, heart, kidney, liver and lung) and the food.
For this, Mr. Xu, a great scientist and strategist, predicted the lawsuit more than five years ago and selected a group of supporters. He chose them because of their belief into the regeneration industry rather than their powers.
