MEBO Marketing Program Launching In India

India, as the second-most developing and population country, the morbidity of burn injuries, traumatic injuries and ulcers is always one of the highest countries in the world. And it is all the while one of the important markets in the international marketing strategy of MEBO. After nearly three years’ development and preparation in terms of medicine and commerce, from Nov 8, 2010 to Nov 14, 2010, Ms. Sun Xia (President of International Marketing Department of MEBO International Group), Mr. Liu Gang (Director of International Marketing Department of MEBO International Group) and Mr. Zhang Yin (Regional Manager of Indian market & Technical Support Specialist of International Marketing Department) carried out overall marketing investigation and launched the MEBO Marketing Program in India, including: talks with screened famous accounting firms concerning the set-up of MEBO branch office in India, the technical direction and promotion of MEBO Ointment III phase clinical trial in India, paying a visit to the Commercial Office of Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in India、 recruitment、 commercial talks on the introduction of multiple MEBO products and etc. Brief report as followed:

 
Set-up of MEBO branch office in India
 
Ms. Sun Xia, Mr. Liu Gang and Mr. Zhang Yin went to Gurgaon that is one of Delhi's four major satellite cities. Gurgaon is the industrial and financial center of Haryana with multinational companies choosing their operations there. MEBO marketing team conducted deep communications and discussions respectively with PrincewaterhouseCoopers (the world’s first-largest accountancy firm) and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (the world’s third-largest accountancy firm). Ms. Sun Xia discussed in terms of the police of foreign capital investment, the special requirements in pharmaceuticals industry, the details and procedures of branch office’s set-up, office’s operation, tax administration, audit and etc with the professionals of the above two accountancy firms in considerable details and confirmed the initial program of MEBO Indian branch office’s set-up and operation.

At the same time, MEBO marketing team led by Ms. Sun Xia conducted the investigation and initial assessment, such as recruitment, the site selection of office and etc. The recruitment is a very important hoop of the office management. MEBO marketing team respectively built up the communication with Human Resource Consultation Department of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Indian Tacid Head-hunting Company. Now that they are positively preparing the recruitment procedures that breaks through the bottleneck of operation in India and consolidates the future marketing promotion. After talks, the team made on-the-spot inspection on several sites for the branch office’s location.

 
The III phase of Indian Clinical Trial
 
According to the requirements of laws and regulations of Indian Drug Supervisory Bureau, MEBO Ointment, as the patent and new drug needs to process the III phase of clinical trial. Proceeding to large amounts of prophase work, the III phase clinical trial of MEBO Ointment is now being orderly performing in the Burn Center of KMC Governmental Hospital (the biggest burn center in the southern of Indian), the Burn Center of MMC Governmental Hospital, B.G Hospital and Omshakthi Hospital in accordance with the protocol of clinical trial, led by Prof. Jayaraman, the president of Indian Burn Association. The therapeutic results of the clinical trial once again testify its worldwide primacy and unique of ‘somatic cells are induced and transformed into skin stem cells that in situ regenerative and restore the burn skin’ that is received the consensus appraisal by many health care providers and clinical experts.
Clinical trial is a scientific job with preciseness that the requirements of the local relevant laws must be strictly followed to ensure the accomplishment with sufficient quality and quantity.

 
 
Talks with the Commercial Counsellor’s Office of People’s Republic of China in India
By the request of Mr. Hou the Secretary of the Commercial Counsellor’s Office of People’s Republic of China’s Embassy in India, Ms. Sun Xia, Mr. Liu Gang and Mr. Zhang Yin paid a visit to Commercial Counsellor’s Office and were received warm welcome and reception. Ms. Sun Xia conducted deep communication and discussion with Mr. Hou in terms of investment in India, Indian medical market and the investment situation of Chinese enterprises in India. Mr. Hou pointed out that MEBO International Group, as a pharmaceutical enterprise is now preparing to invest in India that can be thought as the forerunner and the leader of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises. He also expressed that investment condition in India is bad with complexity and hoped MEBO could get adequate mental preparation. Meanwhile, he said that the Embassy of People’s Republic of China in India would be the key supporter of Chinese enterprises that would provide help and the communicative platform for all Chinese enterprises as much as possible.
After the talks, Mr. Hou, representing Commercial Counsellor’s Office of PRC’s Embassy in India offered an official invitation to MEBO International Group to join in the Sino-India Chamber of Commerce to discuss together the issues of investment and commercial development in India. And Ms. Sun delightedly accepted the invitation.

Indian market, as one of the significant strategic markets for MEBO is now being comprehensively transferred to its substantial phase. Confronting to the big and potential market with various kinds of behindhand situations and the inappropriate marketing management, MEBO International Group, as the mere Chinese enterprise entering India market is still a long way to go.
