One Million RMB Donations for hometown education by Prof. Xu Rongxiang

At 10 o’clock on the July 6 2010, the air filled with happiness in Botou Town Elementary School, Zhanhua County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province. Grand cornerstone lying ceremony of Botou Town Elementary School that planed by local administration in association with the donations up to one million RMB by Prof. Xu Rongxiang, the Chairman of MEBO International Group, was holding. Local administers and Prof. Xu Rongxiang attended the ceremony.

In the ceremony, local administers respectively made speeches in which they expressed their appreciation in the terms of Prof. Xu’s charity, admired the significant achievement in the aspect of Regenerative Restoration Science by Prof. Xu and honored the Xu’s dense sentimental to his hometown. Meanwhile, they said they would concentrate on the plan, construction and management of Botou Town Elementary School and try their best to make Botou Town Elementary School become the star elementary school with high-quality, so as to benefit local inhabitant.

In Xu’s speech, he said with deep feeling, ‘I was brought up by the people and the land in Zhanhua County. At the beginning, those findings from the childhood experience to catch crab gave me the inspiration to study the management of wounds by Moist Expose Burn Therapy (MEBT), till now the setup of Life Regenerative Science. I always keep my hometown---Zhanhua County in my mind. Life Regenerative Science has dominated its leading position. MEBO International Group, as an enterprise with social responsibility, always contributes his power to the disasters and difficulties. Today, the 1 million RMB donations are either my hope and confidence to its offspring and future or my contributions to Zhanhua’s education.’ The entire ceremony came to the end in the happy and warm atmosphere.

After the end of ceremony, accompanied by local administrator, Prof, Xu in high spirits visited some hi-tech enterprises in Zhanhua County, such as Bin ’ao Aircraft Manufacturing Co. Ltd, Zhanhua Winter Date Park and industrial district represented by Haiyan Chemistry and Industry. Prof. Xu felt extraordinary pleasing to the hometown rapid growth and development and expressed that he would pay consistent concerns on hometown and make persistent contribution.

Zhanhua County lies in the northeast of Shandong province, south bank of Bohai Bay, the Yellow River Delta hinter land. Zhanhua County is the main battlefield of Yellow River Delta economic zone and "sea Shandong". Zhanhua County is close to Tianjin Binhai New Area, covering an area of 2,215 square kilometers, and there are 443 villages under the government of 6 towns, with the total population of 382000. 205 National Highway pass through the zone; Weiwu highway and Jin-Shan highway pass through the zone;
 Zhanhua is the largest yielding base of “winter date” in China. Noted to be the “Most Marvelous Fruit under Heaven,” the winter date (dong zao) contains 19 kinds of amino acid and vitamin. Zhanhua County in Binzhou, with a winter date planting area of 30,000 hectares, has been designated by the national government as the “Region of Winter Dates” and the “Place of Origin of Winter Dates.”
