Seminar on Recent Development of Using MEBO's Regenerative Therapy to Cure Difficult-to-Heal Burn Wounds and Skin Ulcers Held in the Hospitals in Liupanshui, Bishui, Qiandongnan and Qiannan in Guizhou
In November of 2008, hosted by the Chinese Burn Association of the Integration of Traditional and Western Medicine ( CBAIM ), the seminar on wound diagnosis, curing and care with MEBO’s regenerative therapy for wounds ( Burn Regenerative Therapy ( BRT) with Moist Exposed Burn Therapy / Moist Exposed Burn Ointment ( MEBT/MEBO )) and recent development in using the regenerative therapy to cure difficult-to-heal burn wounds and skin ulcers was held in the sponsoring hospitals of Shuicheng Shuigang General Hospital of Liupanshui, Bijie Regional Hospital, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical College and Dujun 414 Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang Medical Hospital. Participants in the seminar included hundreds of experts and clinical care staff specialized in burn and plastic surgery, orthopedics, traumatic surgery, dermatology, ENT and gynecology from hospitals at different levels.
Dr. Wang Hongsheng, director of the CBAIM, was invited by the four hospitals on Nov. 12, 14, 16 and 18, 2008 respectively, for academic training. In the seminars held in the four hospitals, Dr. Wang gave lectures on wound diagnosis, curing and care with BRT with MEBT/MEBO. With vivid clinical photos and data, Dr. Wang presented salient explanation of BRT, clinical diagnosis and curing, standardization of wound care procedures as well as regenerative life sciences, regenerative medicine, regenerative therapy and the theory and concepts of the secondary life cell, recent development on regenerative therapy on difficult-to-heal burn wounds and skin ulcers. Moreover, Dr. Wang emphasized on the recent advances in regenerative life sciences and regenerative medicine, spectacular basic and clinical research results achieved by Dr. Rongxiang Xu, China's famous life and medical scientist. In every seminar given by Dr. Wang, which all lasted over 3 hours, strong responses were generated among the audience for its rich content, easy operation of the therapy and remarkable therapeutical efficacy. After the seminars, Dr. Wang had extensive exchanges of information and discussions of using BRT with MEBT/MEBO on burn wounds and skin ulcers with the leaders, experts and clinical care staff from the four hospital.
