MEBO Group Acquired Overseas Assets Vigorously and Stepped forwards International Strategy of Local Management
With the ever-accelerated economy development and internationalization, MEBO Group got started to actively proceed in overseas market and acquire overseas assets, and meanwhile further Group’s international strategy of local management. On September 9th, General Manager Ms. Sun Xia and Regional Manager Mr. Xu Chong launched their formal business visits to Malaysia.
During visits, according to the acquirement procedures, MEBO delegation met and held talks with relevant staff responsible for auditing and registration secretary from Niche&Milestones Int’l Sdn. Bhd. With comprehensive talks, MEBO delegation got access to more details of local corporation law and regulation information, and meanwhile consulted on issues of conduct code of foreign-funded enterprise, tax revenue, foreign exchange control and so on. More importantly, the two sides discussed on every aspect of the whole acquirement process and exchanged views and suggestions. All the activities had laid a solid foundation for further efforts of the acquirement and negotiation.
At the same time, General Manager Ms. Sun visited the senior administrators of Triniaire Company, the new local distributor of MEBO Group in Malaysia. During the meeting, Ms. Sun made a thorough explanation of MEBO human body regeneration science, MEBO Group overall international development plans and strategy as well as answers to their questions on stem cells, regeneration, cancer and MEBO Club, which made Triniaire Company much clear understanding of overall scientific structure and strategy views of MEBO Group and strongly confident in the prospects of MEBO regenerative products distribution in local market. Ms. Sun highly appreciated Triniaire Company’s great efforts on early medical promotion and awared of the retail price of MEBO products in the local market, information of medical science and academy, marketing promotion, marketing strategy as well as plans of distribution. Further more, Ms. Sun gave her sincere advice according to actual condition. Both the two sides agreed on that Malaysia played a very important role in the whole MEBO Southeast Asian market and believed that after this high-level bilateral meeting, Malaysia would be another shinning point in MEBO Asian market after five-year silence.
On September 11th Ms. Sun and her party initiated the acquirement with Mr. Chen Fusheng, representative of the new distributor. Two sides reached an agreement on the principle clauses of acquirement contract and both lawyers renewed and made some exchanges to the initial contract. Meanwhile Ms. Sun gave her concrete arrangement for future efforts to relevant staff on next step.
This visit was important for both sides to clear up some old and long-standing historical problems and obstacles and successful for them to accomplish previously fixed work plans and specific issues. Although Malaysian market is comparatively not big to the overall foreign market for MEBO Group, the acquirement is also a very important step forward to the process of MEBO internationalization and quite historically meaningful for Group’s regenerative science promotion and overall business management in the overseas market!
